Lavender Floriby ~NorthStarCherry

Traditional Art / Sculpture / Fantasy

Flori are miniature dragon type creatures that hide among different flowers and plants.
This particular one hides among Lavender plants.

Flori live off small berries and other fruit they can find.
They also protect Bees from wasps.

After December just gone I spent ages coming up with a new design for my Sky gliders...and I ended up creating a completely different species pretty much!

The crystal held by the tail is a point back swarovski crysytal and his eyes are made from glass

I used a load of new techniques on this lil' guy and I think it's a massive improvement from [link]

On the old one his neck and head were all squished and mangled...he was also pretty chunky and his wings weren't attached properly...so I was pretty pleased to end up creating this little guy

I went through about 5 different wing styles before I ended up with this final result but I'm really pleased with how they turned out

He's about 1.5 inches tall and about 2.5 inches long

Closer inspection of that lilac bush may well reveal the presence of a Lavender Flori; enchanting sculpture from ~NorthStarCherry. ( Suggested by ~silver-chocolate16 and Featured by `SRaffa )
