Sorry for the late reply I very rarely check here anymore! The wings are made from fimo gel mixed with a very small drop of oil paint for a tinted colour :)

Hi! do you bake the figurine with glassbeads? i was thinking of something similar, baking off fimo and use my beads, but my bf said that might become toxic :( how do you do this? it's a very adorable dragon ^^
Reply
:iconnorthstarcherry:
NorthStarCherry Featured By Owner May 21, 2012
Glass is perfectly fine to bake with fimo as glass has a very high melting point (1500c and above)
However Plastic beads will most likely melt and can give off toxic fumes if they melt or burn

So aslong as you are certain that your beads are made of glass and NOT plastic then they will be perfectly fine :)
Hope this helps :)
